Dolven previously was with IX Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company created to acquire and part- ner with a global tech or tech infrastructure business, where he analyzed and evaluated hundreds of private digital infrastructure companies and published a weekly newslet- ter on telecommunications and macroeconomic trends. Previ- ously, he was an associate at TowerPoint Capital, a digital infrastructure and real estate investment company, where he specialized in analyzing cell tower sites. Earlier in his career he served in investment posi- tions at Bank of America Mer- rill Lynch and Janus Capital Group. s Wesley Perry joined SVN Denver Com- mercial as an adviser. Perry specializes in m u l t i f a m i l y investments, office space and business growth. s Matrix Group Inc. promoted Lauren Quiram to director of leasing. Quiram joined the team in 2018 as the leasing agent. Serv- ing as the face of Matrix to potential ten- ants, she is responsible for managing all leasing trans- actions within the firm’s port- folio. Beevers has more than 10 years of real estate apprais- al and con- sulting experi- ence across all major proper- ty types, and specializes in the valuation of multifamily assets, including affordable housing, mixed-use and student hous- ing. McCarthy Award and included him in the Colbert Coldwell Circle – two prestigious nation- al recognitions based on out- standing client service, team- work, integrity and produc- tion level. His background in international logistics and process con- trols gives him an intimate understanding of how indus- trial com- panies view and use real estate.
